Description: This class is designed for both new and “rusty” knitters. You will learn basic knitting skills, including how to cast on, how to knit and purl, and how to bind off and seam, all while making a pair of cozy fingerless mitts for yourself or someone else.

Materials to bring along:

• 1 skein of light-colored worsted weight yarn, purchased from Spun (we recommend or )
• Size US7
• Locking and ring-style stitch markers, preferably
• A copy (printed or digital) of “Easy Fingerless Mitts” by Roxanne Richardson (free download )
